Créme brulee, banana pudding, dark brown sugar, tobacco leaf, milk chocolate, confectioners sugar, and vanilla buttercream frosting. This exceedingly rare single barrel of Fiddler Heartwood Bourbon begins with a high-wheat mash bill before being finished on hand-harvested, charred Georgia white oak heartwood staves that are placed in the barrels for the final few months of maturation. In addition to the wheat lending a soft, silky texture and salted caramel, the Georgia staves lend maple, sandalwood, oak, and a rounder mouthfeel, for a textured complexity.

Aged 10 Years + Barrel Finishing
Toasted Cask Strength Bourbon

The result is a surprisingly decadent whiskey. On the palate, flavor notes of caramel, charred oak, and milk chocolate lead to a finish of fresh vanilla beans. The first single barrel hand-selected by The Bourbon Van.
